The Management Wheel is a coaching tool
to help you assess where you are in your management process right now. The
eight sections in the wheel represent areas to be balanced.
DIRECTIONS:
Regarding the center of the wheel as 0 and
the outer edge as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each area by drawing
a curved line to create a new outer edge (see sample below). The new perimeter
of the circle represents your Management Wheel at this time. How bumpy would
the ride be if this were a real wheel?
