Management Wheel

The Management Wheel is a coaching tool to help you assess where you are in your management process right now. The eight sections in the wheel represent areas to be balanced.

Sample WheelDIRECTIONS:
Regarding the center of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each area by drawing a curved line to create a new outer edge (see sample below). The new perimeter of the circle represents your Management Wheel at this time. How bumpy would the ride be if this were a real wheel?


The questions below will help you focus on each individual area of the wheel. As you work through the questions, you will discover opportunities and priorities for improving your 'ride'... leading to a better sense of balance in your management efforts!
